How to Use AACTIVE HA Eye Drops
- Wash your hands. Before handling the bottle or touching your eye area, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them with a clean towel. This reduces the risk of introducing bacteria to the eye.
- Remove contact lenses if worn. Take out your contact lenses before instilling the drops. Lenses may be reinserted after a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Prepare the bottle. Remove the cap from the bottle. If you are using the drops for the first time, check the nozzle tip is clean and intact before proceeding.
- Tilt your head back. Gently tilt your head backwards and look up towards the ceiling. With one finger, carefully pull your lower eyelid downwards to create a small pocket between the eyelid and the eye.
