How to Use AAPROMEL Eye Drops
- Wash your hands. Wash thoroughly with soap and water and dry with a clean towel before handling the bottle or touching the eye area.
- Remove contact lenses if worn. Take out lenses before instilling the drops. Reinsert after a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Prepare the bottle. Remove the cap. Check the nozzle tip is clean and intact before first use.
- Tilt your head back. Tilt your head gently backwards and look upwards. Pull your lower eyelid downwards with a clean finger to create a small pocket.
- Instil the drops. Hold the bottle above the eye with the nozzle pointing downwards. Gently squeeze to release 1 to 2 drops into the lower lid pocket. Avoid contact between the nozzle and the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes.
- Close your eye gently. Close your eye and blink gently to distribute the drops. Press the inner corner of the eye with a clean fingertip for approximately one minute if desired to reduce drainage through the tear duct.
- Treat the other eye if needed. Repeat for the second eye if both are affected.
- Replace the cap immediately. Replace the cap firmly after every use to maintain sterility.
