Pearl Chemist Group app competition – win a voucher worth £150, £100 or £50 to spend at Pearl Chemist in Tooting (competition run by Charac Limited).

3 winners will be selected at random from all sign-ups to the Pearl Chemist Group app from 9am on Wednesday 12th April 2023, to 11.59pm on Wednesday 19th April 2023 (either via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and will each win a voucher of ONE of the following values: £150, £100, or £50 (total prize fund £300).

Winners will be notified via email.

Vouchers must be spent in-store at Pearl Chemist, 136-138 Mitcham Road, London SW17 9PG, by Wednesday 31st May 2023.

Charac Limited’s decision is final. There is no cash, credit or other alternative to this or any other prizes.

By entering any Charac Limited competition, you consent to your first name, photograph and basic information about you being disclosed on Charac Limited digital channels or other media if you win any prize(s) under the competition.

Competition winners will be contacted by Charac Limited. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.

Liability and Indemnities

Charac Limited does not accept any responsibility or liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

• any postponement or cancellation of the competition
• any changes to, the supply of or use of the prize(s); and
• any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond Charac Limited’s reasonable control.

Charac Limited does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.

Charac Limited shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

By entering any Charac Limited competition, you agree to indemnify Charac Limited against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise as a result of the competition.

Jurisdiction

The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
