Canesten cream Clotrimazole 1% Cream is an effective medicinal treatment for topical ailments like fungal infections and nappy rashes due to fungal infection. The active ingredient is Clotrimazole 1% and it can be used to clear the thrush and other symptoms like irritation and itching caused due to fungal infections. Before applying the cream Wash your hand and then apply a thin layer of cream on the affected areas 2 or 3 times in a day. Massage gently to absorb the cream in to the skin and then use the medicine regularly for 1-2 weeks or till the symptom of infection subsides.
