Headache or body pain
After your flu jab, you might have headaches or some pain and achiness in the muscles throughout your body during the first day or two.
Fever
A fever of 38°C or less is a common side effect of the flu jab. A fever will usually last a day, 2 days max.
To treat the common side effects listed about you can take an OTC medication such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen to relieve the discomfort of the side effect(s).
